Die telegate AG beteiligt sich mit 33,3 Prozent an der teleSAFE.net AG, einem neugegründeten Internet- Unternehmen mit Sitz in Düsseldorf. teleSAFE.net kommt in Kürze mit einem weltweit völlig neuen Internetprodukt auf den Markt. Telegate werde zudem noch in diesem Jahr das Kerngeschäft der Auskunft um eine Internetplattform erweitern. Daher sei das Internet- Angebot von teleSAFE.net die ideale Ergänzung zum eigenen Produktportfolio. teleSAFE.net profitiert vom Know-how des Informationsdienst leisters aus München, der bereits bei der Entwicklung des Pro- dukts und des Marketingkonzepts mitwirkte. Nach der Einfüh- rungsphase sind bereits mehrere Serviceaufbaustufen vorgesehen, in denen das Angebot von teleSAFE.net ausgebaut wird. Telegate investiert in die Beteiligung 3,5 Millionen Mark. Der gesamte Betrag fließt in das Eigenkapital des Unternehmens und telegate erhält die Option, seinen Anteil auf über 50 Prozent aufzustocken. Die telegate-Vorstandsmitglieder Klaus Harisch und Dirk Roesing werden dem Aufsichtsrat der teleSAFE.net AG angehören. Die Gründer von teleSAFE.net bilden den Vorstand und bleiben Gesellschafter des Unternehmens. It will be the first step in realizing a personal assistant within the world wide web. “We decided to make this investment as the product of teleSAFE.net is totally in tune with the strategy and philosophy of telegate” says telegate board spokesman, Klaus Harisch. Additionally telegate plans to extend the core business of directory inquiries onto an Internet platform before the year is out. The worldwide Internet offer of teleSAFE.net is therefore an ideal partner to its own product palette. teleSAFE.net is benefiting from the know-how of the Munich information service provider, which was involved at the stage of the product and marketing concept development. After the introductory phase numerous progressive improvements in the level of service provided are envisaged whereby the teleSAFE.net product offer will be widened. telegate invests DM 3,5 million for this share in the company. The total amount will flow into the shareholders equity of the company and telegate will have the option of increasing their stake to over 50%.
