Damit ist es telegate gelungen, innerhalb eines Monats in drei Ländern zu starten. Nach Italien und den USA ist mit dem Eintritt in den spanischen Markt ein weiterer entscheidender Schritt beim Ausbau des internationalen Service-Portals gelungen. Wie 1997 in Deutschland ist der Münchener Dienstleister jetzt auch in Spanien der erste alternative Auskunftsanbieter. Als einziger Anbieter neben der spanischen Telefonica bietet telegate erstmals einen persönlichen Auskunftsservice. Der Operator persönlich gibt Auskunft über Telefon- und Faxnummern sowie Adressen nationaler und internationaler Teilnehmer. Die Servicenummer ist über das Festnetz und über die spanischen Mobilfunknetze zu erreichen. Der telefonische Auskunftsservice soll in den nächsten Monaten weiter ausgebaut werden. Auch in Spanien ist geplant, den Weitervermittlungsservice an Teilnehmernummern und Service-Hotlines schnellstmöglich einzuführen. Der spanische Markt verzeichnet zur Zeit rund 30 Millionen Telefonnutzer und gilt als vielversprechender europäischer Wachstumsmarkt in der Informationsbranche. This means telegate has succeeded in starting up in three countries within a month. Following Italy and the USA, the company’s entry into the Spanish market represents another decisive step forward in the expansion of its international service portal. As in Germany in 1997, the Munich-based service company is now the first information supplier in Spain, too. Apart from Spain’s Telefonica, telegate is the only company to offer a personal information service with an operator giving details of telephone and fax numbers, as well as the addresses of national and international subscribers.
