Juni 2000. Die telegate AG hat mit der Gründung des Tochterunternehmens Telegate Limited den ersten Schritt in den englischen Markt gemacht. Die britische Niederlassung des Münchner Service-Dienstleisters hat ihren Sitz in London. Damit erschließt sich telegate in diesem Jahr bereits den vierten internationalen Markt. Der Auskunftsanbieter wird in den nächsten Monaten mit einem ersten eigenen Call Center Anrufern aus dem Festnetz und aus dem Mobilfunknetz Auskünfte über Telefon- und Faxnummern sowie Adressen nationaler und internationaler Teilnehmer erteilen. Der britische Markt ist der größte Telekommunikationsmarkt in Europa und gilt damit als sehr erfolgversprechend. The British subsidiary of the Munich-based service enterprise has its registered office in London. This means that telegate has now broken into its fourth international market this year. The directory-inquiries company plans to open its first call centre in the coming months and will provide telephone and fax numbers, as well as the names and addresses of national and international subscribers, to callers from the fixed-line and mobile networks. The British market is the biggest telecommunications market in Europe and, therefore, considered highly promising. “Following Germany, Italy and Spain, we also want to become the number two in the British directory-inquiries market”, says Dr. Klaus Harisch, co-founder and CEO of telegate AG.
