Das italienische Tochterunternehmen der Münchener telegate AG hat einen Outsourcing-Vertrag mit der italienischen Tochter des internationalen Telekommunikationsanbieters COLT Telecom abgeschlossen. Demnach übernimmt telegate den Auskunftsdienst für die Kunden von COLT Italy. Zum Service gehört die Auskunft über Telefonnummern, Adressen und Faxnummern aus 13 europäischen Ländern sowie Kanada und den USA. Der Service wird in den kommenden Wochen um die direkte Weitervermittlung und zusätzliche Mehrwertdienste des telegate-Telefonportals erweitert. Die Münchener telegate AG hat im Mai 2000 als erster alternativer Auskunftsanbieter ihren Service in Italien erfolgreich gestartet. Bereits nach fünf Monaten ist nun mit COLT Italy auch der erste Outsourcing-Vertrag unter Dach und Fach. Insbesondere der persönliche Service und die hohe Qualität des telegate-Auskunftsdienstes waren für die Entscheidung von COLT ausschlaggebend. The initial service includes information about the telephone numbers, addresses and fax numbers of subscribers in 13 European countries, as well as the USA and Canada. In the second step the service will be expanded to call completion and additional services that are part of telegate’s voice portal. The Munich-based telegate AG was the first alternative information-service provider to offer nation-wide directory inquiry services in Italy, having launched operations in May 2000. Now, only five months later, the first outsourcing contract has been signed and sealed with COLT Italy. Decisive for COLT’s decision were the personal service and the high quality of the telegate directory-inquiries service.
