The Munich-based telegate AG has succeeded in gaining another outsourcing partner: COLT TELECOM GmbH, Frankfurt am Main, is offering its direct customers access to the 11880 directory-inquiries service with immediate effect. This service which is called ‘telegate powered by COLT’, is tailor-made for business customers. At present, the two companies anticipate around 25,000 calls per month – and the trend is upwards. The directory inquiries from COLT customers will be handled by the telegate AG Call Centre in Rostock. All callers profit from personal contact with a friendly telegate operator who will provide them with addresses, telephone numbers and fax numbers quickly, competently and without recorded announcements. The cooperation with COLT TELECOM once again confirms the successful service concept of telegate AG. Over recent days, the share price of the Munich-based directory-inquiries service has fallen to its lowest point this year. “From our point of view, there is no reason for this fall”, says Dr. Klaus Harisch, CEO of telegate AG.
