telegate AG becomes the directory enquiry service provider for Europes largest
network-independent telephone company
Munich, February 25, 2002. telegate AG, the Munich-based directory enquiry
service provider and debitel AG, Stuttgart, have expanded their cooperation
further: Europes largest network-independent telephone company which already
outsourced its own 11818-directory enquiry service three years ago to telegate,
will now stop its own-branded service and will only market the 11880-service.
Already today, this decision means more than 250.000 additional calls per month
for telegate.
debitels customers can now use a wide range of high value services transcending
the ordinary directory enquiry service. Call completion and the transfer of
information by SMS, fax and e-mail are only some of the new features. Currently,
both companies are developing a joint marketing concept in order to maximise
attention to the new service and its advantages.
