The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– Growth trend in revenue and profit continued – EBITDA forecast 2003 raised telegate AG posted net income of EUR 4.1 million for the third quarter 2003. The company thus impressively confirms its growth track: Both in comparison to the third quarter of the previous year 2002 (PY: EUR -2.9 million) and Q2 2003 (EUR 1.4 million), the result development is significantly positive. Revenues also increased in the third quarter of 2003: At EUR 37.0 million, revenues were up approx. 31% year-on-year and 8% higher than the very strong Q2 2003. Both segments ICS Germany/Austria and International contributed to the growth momentum. In the first nine months ending 30 September 2003 telegate AG generated a positive free cash flow of EUR 14.1 million (PY: EUR -7.4 million). During this period, the companys net financial debt was further reduced by EUR 16 million and is EUR 8,4 million as of 30 September 2003 (PY: EUR 60.8 million). Operating income before depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) for the nine months ending 30 September 2003 totalled EUR 15.2 million (PY: EUR 5.6 million), and is thus at the upper level of the companys 2003 forecast range. Despite expected investment costs in connection with corporate expansion in Europe, telegate AG is raising its EBITDA forecast from EUR 10 to 15 million to the range of EUR 19 to 21 million.
