C3V 3QQ, Great Britain has informed us in correction of its notification
according to article 21, section 1 WpHG published on March 29, 2007 that
its voting interest in telegate AG, Martinsried bei München, Deutschland,
ISIN: DE0005118806, WKN: 511880, exceeded 3% before January 20, 2007 and
still exceeds 3%. At March 29, 2007 Kairos Investment Management Limited's
voting rights amounts to 4.15% or 870,428 no-par shares.
All voting rights are attributable to Kairos Investment Management Limited
(in the amount of 4,12% or 865,428 through Kairos Fund Limited) according
to Article 22 section 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the WpHG.
