On June 19, 2007, Capital Group International Inc., Los Angeles, USA has
informed us in correction of its notification according to article 21,
section 1 WpHG, published on June 18, 2007, that its voting interest in
telegate AG, Munich, Germany (ISIN: DE0005118806, WKN: 511880), has fallen
below the threshold of 3% on June 13, 2007 and amounted to 2.964 % or
622,166 ordinary shares.
2,964% of all voting rights in Telegate AG were attributed to Capital Group
International Inc (voting rights arising from 622,166 ordinary shares)
pursuant to Article 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 and 3
of the WpHG.
