Capital Group International Inc.'s voting rights amounts to 3,05% (this
corresponds to 639,316 ordinary shares).
3,05 % of all voting rights in Telegate AG were attributed to Capital Group
International Inc. purusant to Article 22 section 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in
