On October 7, 2009, Kairos Investment Management Limited, London, UK, on
its own behalf and in the name and on behalf of KIM BV, Amsterdam,
Netherlands, informed us according to article 21 section 1 WpHG that the
voting interest of KIM BV,in telegate AG, Munich-Martinsried, Germany,
(ISIN: DE0005118806, SCN: 511880) and the voting interest of Kairos
Investment Management have each fallen below the threshold of 3% on October
2, 2009 and now amount to 2,95% of the voting rights (this corresponds to
627,350 ordinary shares).
2.95% (627,350 shares) of the voting rights are attributable to KIM BV and
Kairos Investment Management Limited according to article 22 section 1
sent.1 no. 6 of the WpHG, for KIM BV in connection with article 22 section
1 sent. 2 of the WpHG.
