has informed us according to article 21, section 1 WpHG that via shares its
voting rights in telegate AG, München-Martinsried, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0005118806, WKN: 511880, has fallen below the threshold of 3 % on October
14th, 2009. On October 14th, 2009 Capital Group International Inc.'s voting
rights amounted to 2.12% (450,915 ordinary shares).
2.12% of all voting rights in telegate AG were attributed to Capital Group
International Inc. (voting rights arising from 450,915 ordinary shares)
pursuant to Article 22 section 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2
and 3 WpHG.
