Today telegate AG has published a mandatory voting rights notification
according to article 21 section 1, article 26 WpHG. The circumstance
requiring the mandatory voting rights notification is based on a change in
the shareholder structure of SEAT Pagine Gialle S.p.A, with registered
office in Milan, Italy.
The voting interest of SEAT Pagine Gialle S.p.A in telegate AG is
unaffected by SEAT Pagine's change of shareholder structure and remains at
77.4 % (16.24 % direct stake in telegate AG as well as 61.13 % indirect
voting rights in telegate AG - through SEAT Pagine's fully owned subsidiary
telegate Holding GmbH).
