On 27th of January 2010, Kairos Investment Management Limited, London, UK,
in the name and on behalf of KIM SpA, Milano, Italy informed us according
to article 21, section 1 WpHG that the voting interest of KIM SpA, Milano,
Italy in telegate AG, Munich-Martinsried, Germany, ISIN: DE0005118806, SCN:
511880, fell below the threshold of 3% on 22nd of January 2010 and now
amounts to 2.81% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 596,459 ordinary
shares).
0.82% (173,801 shares) of the voting rights are attributed to KIM SpA
according to article 22 section 1 sent. 1 of the WpHG. In the amount of
1.99% or 422,658 shares the voting rights are attributed to KIM SpA
according to article 22 section 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with article
22 section 1 sent. 2 of the WpHG.
