* due to the conducted share repurchase offer on December 14, 2010 the
percentage holding of own stocks held by the company exceeded the
thresholds of 3% and 5% and amounted to 9,96% (equal to 2.115.271 shares)
on that day, and
* due to the withdrawal of all own stocks held by the company on January
24, 2011 the percentage holding of own shares held by the company fell
below the thresholds of 3% and 5% and that the company held no own stocks
on that day (0 stocks, 0,00%).
