Publication of a voting rights notification pursuant to Section 26 para. 1
of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz)
On 3 September 2012 Seat Pagine Gialle Italia S.p.A., Corso Mortara 22,
10149 Turin, Italy, informed us according to Section 21 para. 1 of the
German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz) that on 1 September
2012 its holding in voting rights in Telegate AG, Fraunhofer Str. 12a,
82152 Planegg (Martinsried), Germany, exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5%,
10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50% and 75% of the voting rights in Telegate AG
and on that day amounted to 77,37% of the voting rights in Telegate AG,
corresponding to 14,785,840 of a total number of 19,111,091 voting rights.
11,683,039 of these voting rights corresponding to 61,13% of the voting
rights in Telegate AG were attached to shares held by Telegate Holding
GmbH, Fraunhoferstr. 12a, 82152 Planegg (Martinsried), Germany, which is
controlled by Seat Pagine Gialle Italia S.p.A. within meaning of Section 22
para 3 of the German Securities Trading Act and were attributed to Seat
Pagine Gialle Italia S.p.A. pursuant to Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1
of the German Securities Trading Act.
