of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on telegate AG,
Planegg-Martinsried, Germany, have fallen below the 15% threshold of the
Voting Rights on July 28, 2015 and on that day amounted to 12.20% (this
corresponds to 2332086 Voting Rights).
