Germany, have exceeded the 15%, 20% and 25% threshold of the Voting Rights
on September 09, 2015 and on that day amounted to 29.95% (this corresponds
to 5724130 Voting Rights).

attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed
