of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on telegate AG,
Planegg-Martinsried, Germany, have exceeded the 15%, 20% and 25% threshold
of the Voting Rights on September 09, 2015 and on that day amounted to
28.57% (this corresponds to 5461061 Voting Rights).
16.37% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 3128975 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
