Munich / Dusseldorf, April 15, 2015 - The senate of the Higher Regional
Court in Dusseldorf announced in today's oral hearing to reject the
telegate's appeal of the damage claim (AZ VI U33/13 [Kart.]) against
Deutsche Telekom. The Court announced, to publish a corresponding decision
on April 22, 2015. As soon as the decision will be published, telegate AG
will check the chances of success of any further legal steps.

In the legal dispute, the value of the damage claim amounts to nearly 100
million Euro (incl. taxes) which telegate AG asks for as the company had to
pay higher than necessary costs for the provision of subscriber data to
Deutsche Telekom and hence, had less money available to push the company's
development.
