Munich / Planegg, 22 September 2015 - Based on a mutual agreement with the
company, Franz Peter Weber, CFO of telegate AG resigns his mandate
effective September 30, 2015. Based on total common agreement, he leaves
the company after 15 years to take up new challenges.
The supervisory board thanks Franz Peter Weber for his excellent
performance, the trustful cooperation and wishes him all the best for the
future.
Before being appointed to the management board in June 2014, Franz Peter
Weber has been active in management positions in the company's Finance,
Investor Relations and M&A departments. For the time being, the CFO
position will not be reoccupied.
