In clarification Dr. Holger Juergensen herewith informs acc. to section 41
paragraph 4a sentence 1 WpHG that on January 20, 2007, his share of voting
rights at AIXTRON AG amounted to indirect 11.17 % (10.037.108 voting
rights). The total of 11.17 % (10.037.108 voting rights) have to be
attributed to Dr. Juergensen according to section 22 paragraph 1 sentence 1
No. 1 WpHG and is held by company CAMMA GmbH, Aachen, which is controlled
by Dr. Juergensen.
