information provided according to article 21, section 1 WpHG that via
shares its voting rights on AIXTRON AG, Aachen, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0005066203, WKN: 506620, have fallen below the 3% limit of the voting
rights on February 22, 2007 and now amount to 2.796% instead of previously
