according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG in conjunction with an
announcement dated August 10, 2007 that via shares his Voting Rights on
AIXTRON AG, Aachen, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0WMPJ6, WKN: A0WMPJ, have
fallen below the 10% limit of the Voting Rights on August 08, 2007 and now
amount to 9.83% (this corresponds to 8864608 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 9.83% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 8864608 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Jürgensen from Camma GmbH.
