DE000A0WMPJ6, WKN: A0WMPJ, have exceeded the 5% limit of the Voting Rights
on April 21, 2009 and now amount to 5.02% (this corresponds to 4558520
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 2.41% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2190020 Voting Rights) is to be

Germany has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
via shares its Voting Rights on AIXTRON AG, Aachen, Germany, ISIN:
DE000A0WMPJ6, WKN: A0WMPJ, have fallen below the 5% limit of the Voting
Rights on April 20, 2009 and then amounted to 4.99% (this corresponds to
4531836 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 2.38% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2163336 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
