On July 29, 2010, Ameriprise Financial, Inc., Minneapolis, USA has informed
us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on AIXTRON AG, Herzogenrath, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0WMPJ6,
WKN: A0WMPJ, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on July 23,
2010 and on that day amounted to 3.01% (this corresponds to 3039373 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG in
connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG, 3.01% of the Voting Rights (this
corresponds to 3039373 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
Furthermore, 0.03% of the Voting Rights is also to be attributed to the
company according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG,
(this corresponds to 27302 Voting Rights).
On July 30, 2010, Ameriprise Financial, Inc., Minneapolis, USA has informed
us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on AIXTRON AG, Herzogenrath, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0WMPJ6,
WKN: A0WMPJ, have fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on July
27, 2010 and on that day amounted to 2.76% (this corresponds to 2786283
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG in
connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG, 2.76% of the Voting Rights (this
corresponds to 2786283 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
Furthermore, 0.03% of the Voting Rights is also to be attributed to the
company according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG,
(this corresponds to 27302 Voting Rights).
