Belgium has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
via shares its Voting Rights on AIXTRON SE, Herzogenrath, Germany, have
exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on November 12, 2013 and on
that day amounted to 3.002% (this corresponds to 3376037 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 2, WpHG, 3.00% of the Voting Rights (this
corresponds to 3376037 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
Furthermore, on November 26, 2013, ING Investment Management Luxembourg
S.A., Luxembourg, Luxembourg has informed us according to Article 21,
Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on AIXTRON SE,
Herzogenrath, Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights
on November 12, 2013 and on that day amounted to 3.002% (this corresponds
to 3376037 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 2, WpHG, 1.16% of the Voting Rights (this
corresponds to 1302002 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.

have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on November 12, 2013
and on that day amounted to 3.002% (this corresponds to 3376037 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 2, WpHG, 1.84% (this corresponds to
