WILEX AG: Publication according to section 26 paragraph 1 of the
Securities Trading Act (Stimmrechtsmitteilung nach § 26 Abs. 1
Wertpapierhandelsgesetz - WpHG) for Europe-wide distribution:
WILEX AG, Grillparzerstr. 10, 81675 Munich, Germany (ISIN DE0006614720, WKN
661472) has received on 11 January 2011 the following voting rights
announcements:
Notification of voting rights pursuant to section 21 para. 1a WpHG (First
listing of shares)
1.) Excalibur Group Holdings Limited, London, UK, has informed us according
to section 21, para. 1a WpHG, that via shares its percentage of voting
rights on WILEX AG on 10 November 2006 (Date of the first listing of the
shares) amounted to 7.13% (853,355 voting rights). According to section 22,
para. 1, sentence 1, no. 1 WpHG, 7.13% of the voting rights (853355 voting
rights) is to be attributed to the Company via the following controlled
undertakings:
- The Merlin BioScience Fund L.P.
- Merlin General Partner II Ltd.
- Excalibur Fund Managers Ltd.
2.) Excalibur Fund Managers Ltd., London, UK, has informed us according to
section 21, para. 1a WpHG, that via shares its percentage of voting rights
on WILEX AG on 10 November 2006 (Date of the first listing of the shares)
amounted to 7.13% (853,355 voting rights). According to section 22, para.
1, sentence 1, no. 1 WpHG, 7.13% of the voting rights (853355 voting
rights) is to be attributed to the Company via the following controlled
undertakings:
- The Merlin BioScience Fund L.P.
- Merlin General Partner II Ltd.
WILEX' share capital of 18,413,035 shares was registered in the Commercial
register on 05 August 2010.
Notification of voting rights pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG
1.) Excalibur Group Holdings Limited, London, UK has informed us according
to section 21, para. 1 WpHG that via shares its percentage of voting rights
on WILEX AG have fallen below the 5% threshold of the voting rights on 05
August 2010 and on that day amounted to 4.63% (this corresponds to 853355
voting rights).
According to section 22, para. 1, sentence 1, no. 1 of the WpHG, 4.63% of
the voting rights (this corresponds to 853355 voting rights) is to be
attributed to the Company via the following controlled undertakings
(holding 3% or more)
- The Merlin BioScience Fund L.P.
- Merlin General Partner II Ltd.
- Excalibur Fund Managers Ltd.
2.) Excalibur Fund Managers Ltd., London, UK has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 WpHG that via shares its percentage of voting rights
on WILEX AG have fallen below the 5% threshold of the Voting rights on 05
August 2010 and on that day amounted to 4.63% (this corresponds to 853355
Voting rights).
According to section 22, para. 1, sentence 1, no. 1 of the WpHG, 4.63% of
the voting rights (this corresponds to 853355 voting rights) is to be
attributed to the Company via the following controlled undertakings
(holding 3% or more)
- The Merlin BioScience Fund L.P.
- Merlin General Partner II Ltd.
