661472) has received on 30 August 2012 the following voting rights
announcement according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG:
The Voting Rights of Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, Stuttgart, Germany, on
WILEX AG, Munich, Germany, have exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5% 10%, 15%
and 20% and amounted to 20.66% (6,460,544 voting rights) on 27 August 2012.
The Voting Rights of Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, Stuttgart, Germany, on
WILEX AG, Munich, Germany, have fallen below the thresholds of 20%, 15%,
10%, 5% and 3% and amounted to 0.0% (no voting rights) on 28 August 2012.
Landesbank Baden-Württemberg was the sole lead manager of WILEX AG's
capital increase (recorded in the Munich Commercial Register on 27 August
2012) and took 6,460,544 new bearer shares of common stock with the
obligation to offer them to the shareholders for subscription and to new
investors in a private placement.
