On August 21, 2012, The Capital Group Companies, Inc., Los Angeles, United
States has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
via shares its voting rights on HeidelbergCement AG, Heidelberg, Germany,
have exceeded the 3% threshold of the voting rights on August 19, 2015
and on that day amounted to 3,23% (this corresponds to 6062594 voting
rights). 3,23% of voting rights (this corresponds to 6062594 voting rights)
are attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with Article 22, Section 1, Sentences 2 and
3 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). No individual fund holds
more than 3% of the voting rights on HeidelbergCement AG.
