On October 22, 2015, VEMOS 2 Beteiligungen GmbH i.G. (under incorporation),
Zossen, Germany has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the
WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on HeidelbergCement AG, Heidelberg,
Germany, have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% and 25% threshold of the
Voting Rights on October 20, 2015 and on that day amounted to 26.20% (this
corresponds to 49230203 Voting Rights).
24.95% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 46887365 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Further
1.25% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2342838 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the Company in accordance with Article 22, Section 2 of the
WpHG. Attributed Voting Rights are held by the following shareholders,
whose share of the Voting Rights in HeidelbergCement AG amounts to 3
percent or more: VEM Spohn GmbH, Spohn Cement Beteiligungen GmbH.
