HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft: Change-over in HOCHTIEF’s top management in 2007 – Lütkestratkötter to succeed Keitel

The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. —————————————————————————— In today’s meeting, the supervisory board of HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft agreed to the request of Dr.-Ing. Hans-Peter Keitel (59) to be released from his office as chairman of the management board as of 31 March 2007. At the same time, Dr.-Ing. Herbert Lütkestratkötter (56) was appointed deputy chairman of the management board and, as of 1 April 2007, Dr. Keitel’s successor. After almost 15 years in the top managment of HOCHTIEF, it was Dr. Keitel’s wish to withdraw from the first line of responsibility and to pass on this responsibility to new hands. The supervisory board thanked Dr. Keitel on behalf of the company in recognition of his outstanding achievements. It is intended, in due course, to propose Dr. Keitel’s election into the supervisory board to the shareholders. Dr. Lütkestratkötter has been a member of HOCHTIEF’s management board since 2003.
