voting rights in HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft fell short of the 25 %, 20 %,
15 %, 10 %, 5 % and 3 % reporting thresholds on April 24, 2007 and now
amounts to 0 %.
These voting rights were held by Custodia Holding AG, Pacellistraße 4,
80333 München, and were attributable to von Finck'sche Hauptverwaltung GmbH
via its participation in Custodia Holding AG pursuant to Section 22 (1)
Sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG.
