1. The share of voting rights of Credit Suisse, Paradeplatz 8, 8001 Zürich,
Switzerland, and of Credit Suisse Group, Paradeplatz 8, 8001 Zürich,
Switzerland, in HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft
exceeded the 3% reporting threshold on June 11, 2007 and amounted to 3.36%
on that day (2,353,246 voting rights). This share of voting rights is fully
attributable to Credit Suisse and Credit Suisse Group pursuant to Section
22 (1) Sentence 1 No. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG).
