Credit Suisse Group notified us of the following on June 20, 2007:
1. The share of voting rights of Credit Suisse, Paradeplatz 8, 8001 Zürich,
Switzerland, and of Credit Suisse Group, Paradeplatz 8, 8001 Zürich,
Switzerland, in HOCHTIEF AG fell below the 3% reporting threshold on June
14, 2007 and amounted to 2.56% on that day (1,792,813 voting rights). This
share of voting rights is fully attributable to Credit Suisse and Credit
Suisse Group pursuant to Section 22 (1) Sentence 1 No. 1 of the German
Securities Trading Act (WpHG).
2. The chain of controlling companies is as follows (starting with the
company at the lowest level):
Credit Suisse and Credit Suisse Group.
