The CREDIT SUISSE GROUP, Paradeplatz 8, 8070 Zurich, Switzerland, informed
us on 2 July 2007 on its own behalf and on behalf of the companies named
below in accordance with Arts. 21, Section 1 and 24 WpHG (Securities
Trading Act) of the following:
1. The share of voting rights of Credit Suisse, Paradeplatz 8, 8001 Zurich,
Switzerland, and of Credit Suisse Group, Paradeplatz 8, 8001 Zurich,
Switzerland in HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft exceeded the 3% threshold on
26.06.2007 and amounted to 3.28% (2,294,172 voting rights) on this date.
This share of voting rights is to be fully allocated to Credit Suisse and
the Credit Suisse Group each in accordance with Art. 22, para. 1, sentence
1, No. 1 WpHG (Securities Trading Act).
2. The chain of controlling companies is as follows (commencing with the
lowest company): Credit Suisse und Credit Suisse Group.
