We hereby give notice, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on
24/07/2007 our voting interest in HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft went above
the threshold of 3 % and on that day amounted to 3.091 % (equivalent to
2,163,632 shares).
3.091 % of the voting rights (equivalent to 2,163,632 shares) are
attributable to us in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the
WpHG.
