On February 25, 2008 , Mr Raymond J. Harbert, USA has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft, Essen, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006070006, WKN:
607000, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on February 19,
2008 and now amount to 3.1% (this corresponds to 2168889 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 1.03% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 722965 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Harbert.
According to Article 22, Section 2, WpHG, 2.07% of the Voting Rights (this
corresponds to 1445924 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to Mr Harbert.
