Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft, Essen, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006070006, WKN:
607000, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on May 20, 2008
and now amount to 3.16 % (this corresponds to 2211535 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 0.19% of
