to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft, Essen, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006070006, WKN:
607000, have exceeded the 3% and 5% limit of the Voting Rights on September
19, 2008 and now amount to 6.26% (this corresponds to 4378880 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 0.02% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 13276 Voting Rights) is to be
