On November 20, 2008 , HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft informes according to
Article 26, Section 1 Sentence 2 that  its Voting Rights on HOCHTIEF
Aktiengesellschaft, Essen, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006070006, WKN: 607000,
have exceeded the 5% limit of the Voting Rights on November 20, 2008  and
now amount to 5.077% (this corresponds to 3553670 Voting Rights).

Addendum: Of the aforesaid voting share, a portion of 2.321 % (equivalent
to 1,625,000 voting rights) is attributable to HOCHTIEF Pension Trust e.V.
On this scale, HOCHTIEF Pension Trust e.V. holds shares in HOCHTIEF
Aktiengesellschaft for the latter's account.
