Allianz SE, München, Germany, informed us as follows on August 7, 2009:
We herewith inform you pursuant to Section 21 (1) of the German Securities
Trading Act (WpHG) that our voting share in HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft,
Opernplatz 2, 45128 Essen, Germany, fell below the threshold of 3% on
August 05, 2009 and amounted to 2.92% (2,043,363 of a total of 70,000,000
voting rights). The voting rights were attributed to us in line with
Section 22 Para 1 Sentence 1 No.1 WpHG.
In parallel, we inform as follows pursuant to Section 21 (1) WpHG in
combination with Section 24 WpHG:
1. The voting share of Allianz Deutschland AG, München, Germany, in
HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft, Opernplatz 2, 45128 Essen, Germany, fell below
the threshold of 3% on August 05, 2009 and amounted to 2.90% (2,032,363 of
a total of 70,000,000 voting rights). These voting rights were attributed
to Allianz Deutschland AG in line with Section 22 Para 1 Sentence 1 No.1
WpHG.
2. The voting share of Jota Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, München,
Germany, in HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft, Opernplatz 2, 45128 Essen,
Germany, fell below the threshold of 3% on August 05, 2009 and amounted to
2.90% (2,032,363 of a total of 70,000,000 voting rights). These voting
rights were attributed to Jota Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH in line
with Section 22 Para 1 Sentence 1 No.1 WpHG.
3. The voting share of Allianz Lebensversicherungs AG, Stuttgart, Germany,
in HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft, Opernplatz 2, 45128 Essen, Germany, fell
below the threshold of 3% on August 05, 2009 and amounted to 2.90%
(2,032,363 of a total of 70,000,000 voting rights).
