shares its Voting Rights on HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft, Essen,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006070006, WKN: 607000, have exceeded the 3% limit of
the Voting Rights on September 06, 2010 and on that day amounted to 3.21%
(this corresponds to 2248096 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 3.21% of
