In the period February 23, 2010 to February 26, 2010, HOCHTIEF Pension
Trust e.V. sold a total of 519,350 shares in HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft,
the start of trading having been disclosed to the public for February 23,
2010 by notice of February 22, 2010 in accordance with Article 4 (2) of
Commission Regulation (EC) No 2273/2003. The total number of shares in
HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft sold by HOCHTIEF Pension Trust e.V. since
February 23, 2010 is consequently 519,350.
The sale of shares in HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft is being carried out
solely on the stock market using the Frankfurt Stock Exchange Xetra
electronic trading system by a bank commissioned by HOCHTIEF Pension Trust
e.V.
Information on the transactions in accordance with Articles 4 (3) and (4)
of Commission Regulation (EC) No 2273/2003 is provided in the Investor
