holding of voting rights in HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft, Essen, Germany,
has fallen below the threshold of 3% on 16 October 2015 and amounted to
2.30 % on that day (which corresponds to 1,593,121 voting rights). 2,30% of
the voting rights (which corresponds to 1,593,121 voting rights) are
attributed to UBS Group AG pursuant to section 22 para.1 sentence 1 no. 1
