Arion Bank will be offering ISK-denominated green bonds in a new series, ARION 26 1222 GB, on Thursday 16 December 2021. The bonds will be issued under the Bank´s Green Financing Framework and listed on Nasdaq Iceland.
The bonds will pay fixed interest. Principal is repaid in one payment at maturity, 22 December 2026.
Expected settlement date is Wednesday 22 December 2021.
The offering will be managed by Arion Bank fixed income sales. All offers shall be submitted by email to skuldabrefamidlun@arionbanki.is before 16:00 on 16 December 2021.

In accordance to Icelandic legislation no. 70/2020 article 85 (2) implementing BRRD, these bonds will qualify as Senior Preferred bonds. The terms and conditions of the bonds will be in accordance to Art. 72b(2) of CRR II, excluding article 72b(2)(d) regarding subordination.
