Vliesstoffvertrieb in Hösbach übernommen. Damit wurde der Beteiligungskreis um einen weiteren Spezialanbieter erweitert. imeco ist bereits die vierte Beteiligung in diesem Jahr. Als kompetenter Anbieter von Vliesstoffprodukten hat imeco einen weit gestreuten Abnehmerkreis. Die Produkte finden Verwendung in den Bereichen Hygiene, Medizin und Kosmetik. Darüber hinaus werden imeco-Produkte in steigendem Maße in der Automobilindustrie eingesetzt. Hohe Innovationskraft und die ausgezeichnete Marktpositionierung des Unternehmens sind beste Voraussetzungen für die weitere Ausschöpfung des beachtlichen Marktpotentials. The acquisition of a further specialist thus complements the group of holdings. imeco is already the fourth acquisition this year. As a competent supplier of non-woven fabric products, imeco has a wide circle of buyers. The products are used in hygienical, medical and cosmetic applications. Beyond that, imeco products are increasingly being used in the automotive industry. The company’s high level of innovation and excellent market position are perfect prerequisites for the continued realization of market potential. imeco expects a turnover in excess of DM 60 million for 1999 and good earnings.
