according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on INDUS Holding AG, Bergisch Gladbach, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0006200108, WKN: 620010, have fallen below the 5% limit of the Voting
Rights on September 14, 2007 and now amount to 4.30% (this corresponds to
772566 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 4 of the WpHG, 2.49% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 447526 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Kill.
