INDUS Holding AG increases dividend by 80%
Bergisch Gladbach, April 14, 2011 - The Supervisory Board of INDUS Holding
AG today approved the audited consolidated financial statements, which
almost entirely confirm the preliminary figures published on February 28.
The financial statements show that INDUS Holding AG generated a new record
result in the fiscal year 2010. EBIT soared by approx. 80% to EUR 101.4
million (previous year: EUR 57.1 million). At EUR 46.6 million (previous
year: EUR 10.9 million), consolidated net income for the year (allocable to
INDUS shareholders) increased more than fourfold.
The proposed dividend will rise by 80% from EUR 0.50 per share to EUR 0.90
per share. Based on the number of shares entitled to dividend as of
December 31, 2010, this represents a payout volume of approx. EUR 18
million. Besides strong price gains, INDUS shareholders will thus benefit
from a dividend yield of 4.1%, based on the INDUS share's year-end price of
EUR 21.99.
Subject to approval by the Annual General Meeting, the dividend
will be paid out to investors on July 6, 2011.
