Announcement Re Changes to the Takeover Code
Origo Partners plc ("Origo" or "the Company") announces that, as a consequence of changes to the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers ("the Code"), the Company has, as from today, become subject to the Code.
The Code has not previously applied to the Company as its place of central management and control is outside of the UK.
